Fiona on a roll

Fiona was on a bit of a roll today, she was making this lovely xmas table runner, the colours are so rich, hopefully I will be able post a photo of the finished product.

Lovely day at Quilting

Once again we had a very nice roll up at quilting, we had the pleasure today of two new (hopefully) members to Club Quilt....Fiona (one of those mad blogging ladies) and it was lovely to have you join us for the day and we do hope this can be on a regular basis and also Jan who has just recently moved here from the other side of Lightning Ridge, (Jan had to go to the local club to sew, as it was the only place that had power).....Jan is here holding here lovely appliqued rooster.......

Sense of Humour

Carol has made this lovely wall hanging for her daughter Michelle, who has just opened up a hairdressing salon, I am sure it will bring a few smiles to the clients faces, (unfortunately I don't think my photography really shows the outrageous hair colouring)

Just love it.....

Another one of Kerry's creations....the colours are just georgeous....


Quilting Sunday we sometimes do a lucky door type thing prize.....Dale was the winner, piece of fabric plus wooden tape measure holder (purchased from Cottage on the Hill), but Dale had purchased one the day before so we had a redraw and Cath came out the second time, so Dale kept the fabric and Cath got the rest....

Lovely Day At Quilting....

After such a nice day yesterday, we were lucky enough to have another one today....we are sooooo luky....Dale, Cath, Kath, Kerry, Gai and myself (Peg) had a most enjoyable day.....and we all achieved great stuff....

Craft Show fantastic day

Dubbo Christian School Craft Day......what a great day we always headed off early, arrived early (not opened) never mind...we chatted....then off we went, fantastic shopping........
