Wonderful Quilting Day...

What a great day we have had today...something special, we had the pleasure of going out to the home of Ros and Paul, http://bloomandblossom.blogspot.com/ and such a beautiful home....we were all made to feel so welcome and very much at home....we arrived to the smell of freshly brewed coffee...tables all set up for us ready to sew..it did take us a while to settle down and start the sewing thing as there were lots of hellos and all the general chit chat........so over the next few postings I will share with you a few of our happy snaps....To Ros, Paul and those three beautiful children of yours, thankyou so very much for a wonderful day...and a big thanks also to Viv.....First off this a quilt that Pat has just finished....made from 1 jelly roll, a charm pack and a metre of fabric...just stunning, you have done a fantastic job Pat.

Pat, I am still amazed that you were able to make this out of a jelly roll & just a little more fabric. It is really a stunning quilt. Well done!
